Welcome to the Lazy Daze Mountain Home! This newly constructed home, offers two bedrooms, an office, and 2.5 bathroom for your enjoyment. The main living area has an open layout with plenty of room for your group to gather. The living room has a smart tv, and a selection of dvd's for relaxing. The kitchen has all the essentials you will need to cook the perfect meal and is equipped with dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and gas range. There is also a full sized washer and dryer on this level. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king sized adjustable bed, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed, two full bathrooms and an office. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The neighborhood: Westwoods Subdivision is taking shape. Please be aware that there may be some construction near by during normal business hours. The home is located within walking distance to both gravel and paved trails for running, walking, biking or nordic skiing. It is less than 1 mile to downtown Leadville restaurants and shops and approximately 3 miles to Turquoise Lake. Leadville is close to Twin Lakes, Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain and home to several 14'r trailheads. If you are here to race the famous Trail 100, this home is steps off race course, and less than 1 mile to race start.

For flexibility, there's also a full-size sofa bed downstairs and an upstairs loveseat bed. Each floor has a full bath. You can use the garage to safely store your outdoor equipment like skis or bikes. The famed Mineral Belt Trail has two nearby access points, both less than a third of a mile away! When you're not out enjoying Leadville's many adventure opportunities, you'll find the Alpine Poppy is a great space for gathering with friends and family.
